Description
Made using the traditional manual pigeage method for a period of 14 to 20 days, the wine later matures in French and Slovenian oak barique barrels for a minimum period of 30 months on fine lees before it is finaly bottled. The result is a wine with intense deep violet to ruby colour. The aromas are fruity and mature boasting forest fruit, berryes, cassis fruit, etc.
Great choice for rich meat dishes, Prosciutto, Steak. Serve between 16-18°C.
