Description
The specialty of our cellar is a sweet straw wine that shines with its intense ruby color and is characterized by an intense aroma of overripe plums, leather, cocoa, cigars, prunes, and jam with pleasant, refined tannins. It is made from the best grapes dried in wooden cases. Macerated and, after pressing, poured into wooden barrels, where it matures for at least another five years before it is ready for bottling.
