Description
Our organic EVIN ROSE is composed of 5 different varieties (Refošk 50%, Merlot 10%, Cab. Sauvignon 10%, Syrah 25%, Cipro 5%). The grapes are de-stemmed and claryfied using natural sedimentation without pressing, followed by a long controlled frementation and, after a short maturing period in inox tanks, bottling in special Paris vin wine bottles.
The perfect accompaniment to summer seafood as well as summer get-togethers. Served chilled 5-7°C.
