Description
It is made from four red grape varieties. 35% Merlot, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc, 10% Refošk. Traditional maceration in tonneaux with hand-dipping of the hat. After the racking, the wine is racked into wooden barriques: half new, half second generation, in which the wine is left to age on fine lees for at least 3 years. The wine is ruby to brick-coloured, with pleasantly fine acidity and fine tannins. The nose is intense, reminiscent of ripe red fruit, plum jam, pepper, leather, tobacco. The wine opens up again and again in the glass at the touch of air, offering a wide range of aromas.
