Description
It is made from three different white grape varieties: 70% Malvasia 20% Chardonnay, 10% Sauvignon. Maceration took place for 7 days in open top vats using the traditional punch-down. After pressing, the wine is poured into barriques, 1/3 new, 1/3 used, 1/3 old with fine lees. The wine is aged one to two years. The wine is crystal golden yellow. The bouquet is multifaceted: we sense ripe apricot, peach, hay, acacia. The wine is mature and can be enjoyed imediatly or kept for aditional ageing
The wine is suitable for truffle-based dishes or with grilled fish or mature cheeses. Serve at 10-12°C
