Description
Made using the traditional manual pigeage method for a period of 14 days, the wine later matures in French and Slovenian oak barique barrels for a minimum period of 30 months on fine lees before it is finaly bottled. The result is a wine with intense deep violet to ruby color. The aromas are fruity and mature boasting forest fruit, berryes, cocoa, etc.
Great choice for grilled meat dishes, Steak. Serve 17-19°C.
