Our olive oil is produced from three different varieties of olives. Half of it is of the belica variety, and the other half consists of the leccino and pendolino varieties. The oil is cold-pressed within 24 hours of harvesting, extra virgin and certified organic.
The reason that our olive oil is a variety lies in the taste, which is softer than that of the 100% belica variety, which has a characteristic spicy taste. This is precisely why the oil can be more widely used. It can be used in cooking for fish and meat dishes, as a salad dressing, an addition to spreads and more.
Store the oil at room temperature away from strong light.
